The percentage of refund will be as follows for valid cancellations:

• Early Bird Deadline is (Date).
• Up to 90 days prior to arrival-full refund less bank charges.
• Up to 60 days prior to arrival-cancellation charge of USD 100.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival – no refund.
• Non-payment of an issued invoice does not constitute a valid cancellation.
