Prof. Alberto Rabino, MD is a renowned Otorhinolaryngologist and Sleep Surgery Specialist, serving as Chief of the Department of Snoring and Obstructive Sleep Apnea at the ENT Service, British Hospital of Buenos Aires. 

He is a Professor of Otorhinolaryngology at both Universidad Católica Argentina and Universidad de Buenos Aires and an active member of SIBECS and ISSS. Currently, he holds the position of President of SIBECS, contributing to advancements in sleep surgery and airway management.
