Dr. Tal Marshak is a distinguished otolaryngologist and rhinology specialist based in Israel. Born in 1973, he completed his medical education at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, graduating with honors (Cum Laude) at all academic levels. He received his M.D. in 2004 and completed his residency in Otolaryngology Head & Neck Surgery at Carmel Medical Center in Haifa from 2006 to 2012.
Dr. Marshak enhanced his expertise through a fellowship in Rhinology and Skull Base Surgery in Sydney, Australia (2013-2014). He currently serves as the Chair of the Israeli Rhinology Society (appointed 2022) and is the Chief of Rhinology & Skull Base Surgery Unit at Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya, Israel.
His research interests focus on rhinology, particularly in areas such as chronic rhinosinusitis, cystic fibrosis, and nasal polyps. He has been principal investigator in significant clinical trials. Dr. Marshak is also actively involved in medical education, serving as a Clinical Instructor at multiple institutions including the Sackler Faculty of Medicine in Tel Aviv.
His work has been recognized through various grants and awards. He maintains active membership in several professional societies, including the European Rhinology Society and the Israeli Society of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery.
