Accommodation

Booking Confirmation:

• All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment or as per the agreed-upon terms.
• The booking confirmation will be sent via email and will include relevant details such as check-in/out times, reservation dates, and room type.

Cancellation and Amendments:

Cancellations or modifications to bookings must be made within the specified time frame to avoid penalties or fees to [email protected].

Any refunds or penalties for cancellations will be as per the cancellation policy outlined during the booking process.

Up to 90 days prior to the Congress: Full refund, less any applicable bank charges.

89-60 days prior to the Congress: Refund less a US$100 cancellation fee.

Less than 60 days prior to the Congress: No refund will be issued.

No shows on the day of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the booking total.

Payments:

• Failure to make payments within the stipulated time may result in the cancellation of the reservation.

Check-In and Check-Out:

• Check-in time is available from 15:00 onwards, and check-out time is by 12:00.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges..

Guest Responsibilities:

• Any incidental charges or costs not included in the accommodation rate are the responsibility of the guest and must be settled directly with the hotel upon check-out.
