M.P. d’Ortho, MD, PhD, is full professor of Physiology at Université de Paris. She is pulmonologist and European sleep pathology specialist, certified by the European Sleep Research Society.  

She is heading the Physiology – Functional explorations Department of the University Hospital Bichat (Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris, AP-HP), and the research group “SleepCMD” in the INSERM Unit NeuroDiderot U1141 SleepCmd | Neurodiderot (u-paris.fr). She is scientific officer of the Digital Medical Hub, a research platform dedicated to multidisciplinary evaluation of OIT uses in health and cares (Bichat, APHP, Paris, http://recherche-hupnvs.aphp.fr/digital-medical-hub/ ). 

She teaches Physiology, Pulmonology and Sleep medicine at Université Paris Cité, and in charge for Paris / Ile de France of the Sleep Medicine specialty (FST Sommeil), member of the National Collegium of teachers in Sleep Medicine.
